The following topics will be covered:
- New Fund Regime & New opportunities - Dual regime EU/Non-EU - Private Scheme (incubator) / EIF / Small AIFM / AIFM.
- Managers Regime - Small AIFM licence.
- FinTech/Start-Up Hub - innovation, new regulation & Crypto fund as a business case – DLT regulation, Start up.
For the avoidance of doubt, there is no charge for attendees from Gibraltar or their guests.
