Albert Isola to speak at #Switch Conference Vilnius
Albert Isola, Minister for Commerce has accepted an invitation extended by MEP Antanas Guoga to speak at the #Switch Conference in LitExpo, Vilnius, Lithuania on September 20th 2018 (http://switchit.lt/en/). In 2018 #SWITCH! will be featuring visionaries and leaders from highly successful digital business companies; representatives from world governments, public institutions, and the EU; and Lithuanian experts, all of whom will discuss European as well as global ICT trends and challenges! Areas to be covered are practical application of Blockchain technology, crypto and ICOs, the future of financial technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IoT and online platforms.
During the visit, Minister Isola will be visiting the Vilnius Blockchain Innovation centre where he will meet with the CEO and a number of other key people. Paul Astengo, Senior Executive with Gibraltar Finance who leads on innovation initiatives and is Co-Chair of the DLT Working Group will be accompanying Minster Isola on this visit.
