Following an initiative set in train in 2023 by Dominique Searle MBE and the team at Gibraltar House in London it was great to see the plans come to fruition on Tuesday 15th October 2024.

The historic India House in Aldwych was the venue for the joint event between High Commission of India in London and HM Government of Gibraltar.

Opened by some warm words of welcome by HE Mr Vikram K Doraiswami with the response by Chief Guest for the evening Chief Minister Fabian Picardo KC MP. Colleague Ministers Nigel Feetham KC MP and Gemma Arias-Vasquez MP joined the Chief Minister,

The event focused on forward looking opportunities for both countries in many areas including financial services, technology and gaming but also celebrated the historic links we share.
