Jeremy Hunt notes importance of crypto regulation to UK House of Commons

We welcome comments from Jeremy Hunt, who serves as chancellor of the exchequer, this week regarding the UK's progressive stance regarding crypto. In a session of the House of Commons, Hunt noted how “the UK, and London in particular, has become the global crypto hub” but, to ensure the market takes off and avails of the potential at hand, “we need to regulate it”. 

The UK has made huge strides recently in regulating crypto, and the trajectory shows no signs of slowing down. Through strong and clear regulation, crypto can continue to thrive in the UK, and globally, protecting consumers from bad actors while shielding the market from severe downturns.
